Ice Packaging and Cold Delivery

Our salmon and ocean-fresh products travel via inter-island air-freight and nationwide overnight courier services. Each order is packed in insulated Chilltainers with thermo-guard gel packs and kept chilled in our dispatch chiller until the moment it’s sent. This ensures your salmon and fresh products stay perfectly chilled throughout their journey. Deliveries typically arrive the next morning, within approximately 16–17 hours of dispatch.

North Island (Urban / City) $25.00 No rural delivery.
Order totals (over $250 net) $ 0.00 No rural delivery.

Weekend deliveries are unavailable. To ensure absolute freshness, orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns Policy

We take great care to ensure your salmon and fresh products arrive in optimal condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please note:

• We cannot accept returns due to the nature of our products.

• Quality concerns must be reported on the day of delivery so we can validate and resolve your claim promptly.

• We may request photos via email to help assess the issue.

• If your order arrives spoiled or has been incorrectly delivered, contact us immediately.

• Once confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement where possible.
