Superior quality Stewart Island King Salmon which has been cured then wood roasted to perfection in Manuka.  For a taste of the Mediterranean we have flavoured our Smoked Salmon with a olives, sundried tomatos and our delectable chargrilled vegetable relish!   Comes vacuume packed in approx 180 - 200gram portions.  Only $48.00 per kilo!!!

Stewart Island King Salmon is sourced directly from the pristine, icy waters of Foveaux Strait, Stewart Island.  King salmon flesh is an attractive dark pink to red colour. Its oil content is higher than any other salmon and it is a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Wood Roasted (Hot Smoked) Salmon refers to the high temperature at which the salmon fillets are smoked after the curing process. The salmon is not spicy hot, but has a cooked flavour and texture.

Shelf LIfe - Our Hot Smoked Salmon has a shelf life of one month from the pack date.

Wood Roasted Salmon can be easily broken into chunks perfect for the  ultimate salad or pasta-style dish, or impress your guests with a with a whole fillet as a main course.
